The role of OpenAI
OpenAI is a separate company and is not part of Diamond Momentum. Your ChatGPT account, your conversations, and any information you share with ChatGPT are handled by OpenAI under its own terms and privacy policy. You can read OpenAI’s privacy policy at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Your ChatGPT settings (for example, chat history or data controls) are managed by you and OpenAI, not by us.
Does Diamond Momentum see your conversations?
Diamond IQ is designed as a knowledge-only assistant: it supplies product and business information for ChatGPT to draw on. In this design, Diamond IQ does not connect to servers run by Diamond Momentum, and we do not receive copies of your conversations.

If Diamond IQ ever uses actions, an API, a server, logging, analytics or any connection that sends conversation content or user data to Diamond Momentum or another provider, this section must be rewritten to describe exactly what is received, why, where it is stored, who can access it and for how long.
